$10 for all small USPS priority box return shipments. Additional fee for other packages depending on value and size.
*UPS or Fedex, Saturday Delivery, or other additional options will be calculated on a case to case basis.
**Tracking will be sent when the item is shipped if an email address is provided.
Generally, you order will be shipped between 1-3 business days (same day if possible). If the product you order happens to be on backorder, we will notify you immediately. You will then be given the choice to wait for the item to arrive, substitute the backordered item for another item or cancel your order. All orders go through an address verification system in order to protect our customers and the company against fraud. We reserve the right to cancel an order that is suspected to be fraudulent.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return. Simply return the unused item(s) in its original condition within 2 days via USPS Priority mail for a refund, shipping not included. Please note that we charge a 15% restocking fee on returns once payment has already been processed. No returns or exchange accepted after 7 days of receiving the item.Unfortunately we can't accept used products for exchange or credit .

Art Brown is not responsible in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment. We have insurance on all shipments.
We always use Tracking, Insurance & Signature Required for all of our shipments.
